Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
A legacy company, reinventing itself & its technology. New senior management with lots of positive changes ahead. There was some downsizing recently but honestly it was sorely needed. I'm excited for what the future looks like as IBI turns to a more global outlook.

Open Communication, Building Trust, Competitive product

What is the best part about your compensation package?
20 days vacation, flexible work hours, ability to work from home. Work/life balance is achievable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
better base, more commissions, 401K contribution from the company, stock (currently no stock was given to employees)
What are some of the best things about your team?
Helpful attitude and Collaborative spirit
My team has changed with new management. It went from doing some monotonous day to day to having management that really listens with ways to improve the company, the process, the culture. My team feel heard and we feel like we're making a difference. I really look forward to coming to work.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers within my direct team work together well. There needs to be more cooperation and communication within departments.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
New CEO,Sales SVP, Engineering and Product SVP have a passion for technology. They're looking to innovate the product. It's an exciting time to be in this company. The 3 founders of the company created a great start up in the 70s & it worked for 40 years. The new team are next level.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

filter out some resumes and give an interviewee some social questions in addition to technical questions.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Product improvements; Exec management changes
There seems to be so much more work and no sign of progress.
