- What do you like best about the leadership team?A legacy company, reinventing itself & its technology. New senior management with lots of positive changes ahead. There was some downsizing recently but honestly it was sorely needed. I'm excited for what the future looks like as IBI turns to a more global outlook.
- What is the best part about your compensation package?20 days vacation, flexible work hours, ability to work from home. Work/life balance is achievable.
