Smart and collaborative, and open to change.
The leadership team truly cares about their employees - great communication and helping people

Founders are great. Several of current leadership need training in leadership of staff and in decision-making.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fully paid medical for employee, IRA match up to 3%, Stock options, bonus plan

Meet industry standards in pay for the position.
Title and compensation should be in line with industry norms.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Flexible and gets things done.
People truly care about one another and want to see the company succeed
