increase in base salary based on my achievements and contributions, not my education and number of years of professional experience
Better management who actually care for their employees
I make so little here I can't afford to lose a few percent to get the 401k match.
What are some of the best things about your team?
everyone is very supportive and helpful
Rank and File folks are pretty good, insightful, and decent.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Management doesn't track every work hour, so you can research and get things done without task tracking your bathroom breaks. Informal atmosphere.
