All of the annoyances of working for a government agency without the job protections! So much paperwork to make even changes in our non-production environment that many people give up and look for work elsewhere. Blanket no-work-from-home policy is archaic. Place feels struggling to stay above water

The people who work hard are expected to pick up slack from everyone else. Then, when those people get burnt out they constantly told that they are lacking performance wise. Sales team must be babysat constantly and are never held responsible for anything.
