We have a very open dialog about accomplishing goals and handling our business

Caring leadership, not stupid incentives and meaningless pressure
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Family feel. Everyone wants to be here!
Mondays are met with breakfast, other mornings we have training sessions and games. Incentives for doing a good job and potential trips.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Everything. Actually start to care rather than preach about how much you care
