Corey Luskin — Vice President of Corporate Development and Investor Relations at Innodata

Mr. Corey D. Luskin serves as Managing Director of Technology Investment Banking Group of England & Company, LLC. Mr. Luskin serves as Vice President of Corporate Development and Investor Relations of Innodata Inc. (formerly Innodata Isogen Inc.). Mr. Luskin is responsible for helping accelerate the Innodata Isogen's growth via strategic partnerships, joint ventures and acquisitions. He serves as the Managing Director of Garros Group LLC. Mr. Luskin has more than 15 years of experience building strong companies in a variety of corporate development and strategic advisory roles. He served as Vice President of Corporate Development at Innodata Isogen Inc., since September 14, 2009. He began his career as a Banker to the Financial Services industry, serving clients in the insurance and brokerage sectors. He developed a focus on the information and technology aspects of the financial services industries. Prior to joining Garros Group, he served as Senior Vice President for Corporate Development for The Bisys Group. Previously, he served as Vice President in the financial institutions group of Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, having joined its predecessor firm Wasserstein Perella & Co. in 1999. Mr. Luskin also served as Director of Strategic Planning for Insurance Services Office, Inc. He began his investment banking career at Smith Barney. He is also a CFA Charter holder. Mr. Luskin holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BA from University of Michigan.
