the package is worthwhile to the workers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
You work like a robot, no breaks, you take time to break and work it back, people are still without projects on the team. Boring tasks from client and there is always a change from the client with no certainty. No pension match, just work work work

they are hardworking ,pays attention to details and embrace teamwork
