My plant manager is a good man manager
They are open to suggestions of their employees
Terrible company to work for. Every decision that is made is based on short-term. This company is not for long-term employment. It's for waiting for the next better job to come along. All of the plant equipment and laboratory instruments are old. This is because they do not invest in anything.
The employer contributions to pensions are very good.
