What do you like best about the leadership team?
My plant manager is a good man manager
They are open to suggestions of their employees
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening, planning, training. This would lower the high turnover rate.
Some line managers do not receive training. This results in ineffective managers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The employer contributions to pensions are very good.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have had a below inflation pay rise for over 10 years but the company profits go up and up
There is no employee appreciation from upper management.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We get feedback and get to give feedback
Most people try to learn their job so that they can leave for a better company.
They are friendly and helpful

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The plant manager needs to be replaced with someone that cares about the employees.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They asked me behavioral questions that were great conversational pieces
The interviewers did their best to make me feel comfortable and not nervous. They were patient and answered all of the questions I had for them
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
HR needs to be revamped. The current HR manager in NC is a useless joke.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Very low quality products are shipped. Many customer complaints. This is all because the average employee could care less.
