Understand the participant concerns by speaking with the staff and participants. Relying on surveys is not enough.
Correct the issues identified by state and CMS audits.
Better training for all staff
Improving morale and culture. Hiring more staff to accommodate increasing enrollment.

Salary and benefits are adequate.
The salary is fair for the amount of work required.
My pay was fair and appropriate for my role.

No sick time and not much vacation.

The company needs to focus on improving quality care for its participants before spending more resources on growth.
