Not enough staff for number of participants. This leads to very unhappy and dissatisfied participants and families. This also leads to staff burnout.

Terrible culture. Overworked. Toxic. Top down, employees do not get help when asked, business driven, too many meetings.

This company is top heavy. Patient care is stretched thin. Workers wear multiple hats; its difficult to find someone who owns a specific job. Barely any mental health support for patients in need. Pay is not comparable to the market. Work-life balance is poor for direct care providers.
