What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The CEO is a weak leader. Not very present. And zero knowledge or passion for the industry. Some kind of family drama allowed him to take over the company, and now his only goal is to keep hold of the benefit she gets. It's also a leadership team that is white-mail-Christian. Lacks diversity.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They pay at the higher end of the industry. They have to because the management and culture is so weak.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Raise compensation up to market standard

Passionate, competent, looking to serve one another and our customers
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everybody should understand their role
Coworkers are decent, but high turnover because of management problems. People are fearful and it affects the work environment
