Great individual people working there, but bad culture coming from weird and absent CEO.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They seem eager to hire and eager to please the candidates.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Fear based culture. No clear direction. No incentive to take risks.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Needs a professional CEO. The current CEO should just be on the board.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers are decent, but high turnover because of management problems. People are fearful and it affects the work environment
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They pay at the higher end of the industry. They have to because the management and culture is so weak.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The CEO is a weak leader. Not very present. And zero knowledge or passion for the industry. Some kind of family drama allowed him to take over the company, and now his only goal is to keep hold of the benefit she gets. It's also a leadership team that is white-mail-Christian. Lacks diversity.
