What is the best part about your compensation package?

The fact that it arrives. Its a good paycheck.

My salary is competitive. I got 40% jump from my last job when I joined InRhythm. I get my Gym membership and Amazon music subscription paid off by InRhythm. I think I have PluralSight subscription but have never used it.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Pay is horrible and benefits are laughable

Not being paid for my current level of experience. Lack of commitment to career advancement

Poorly paid. People are making salaries that are $40,000 difference for the same role. If you are going to work there, haggle and make sure you don't take their first offer.
