Company has seen good growth. Leadership team seems to be approachable, direct and trying hard to continue the growth. They are approachable and direct leaders. I have direclty slacked and texted them including the CEO. Have had positive interactions and I am taken care of.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Transparency, and treating their human resources as human.
Everything. Work/Life balance is not prioritized. They are not considerate or appreciative of your time.
Worst ceo . Stay away from this company. Bunch of lies

Being open and transparent. A lot of decisions are made in hiding.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The fact that it arrives. Its a good paycheck.
My salary is competitive. I got 40% jump from my last job when I joined InRhythm. I get my Gym membership and Amazon music subscription paid off by InRhythm. I think I have PluralSight subscription but have never used it.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is horrible and benefits are laughable
Not being paid for my current level of experience. Lack of commitment to career advancement
Poorly paid. People are making salaries that are $40,000 difference for the same role. If you are going to work there, haggle and make sure you don't take their first offer.

InRhythm seems to be going through a big growth spurt. All my interactions with everyone have been fine. Everyone is motivated and does a fine job. Best part of the culture is its amazingly talented people. I have learned a lot from them

Facilitate ease of communication with administration
Culture is negative, based on fear. Everyone in team is afraid to speak their mind because of the fear of ceo's bashing.

What did you like most about the interview process?
MY HR person was great. The Sr. Lead that interviewed me is fantastic.
Take home and meeting with the practice lead. They took little longer to respond but am ok as I was interviewing other places.

What makes you most happy at work?
working with my colleagues and company events
I am able to work on modern greenfield projects with almost the latest cool tech. There are enterprise limitations from clients but the project I am working on has been able to create $2B in loans
