The schedule flexibility is great for work/life balance.
The amount of accounts I manage and escalations I deal with daily are substantial, and for this industry the pay is below the standard.
Base pays are below national standard and we are just outside San Diego where COL is way above national average.
Particularly in the benefits arena. 401k matching, a better 401k provider, better PTO, better opportunities for commissions and bonuses. Higher Salary.

Company doesn't contribute to benefits and more vacation/sick days would be nice. Also not having a start/end at the hire date but rather letting vacation days rollover. They were earned with service, they shouldn't be removed

Most positions are paid below market averages and the process to get a raise is very long.
Pay and benefits aren't bad, but they're not great. However, the company does tons of activities and has tons of perks.

Bring pay more in line with industry average for positions across the company. Include vision coverage. Start some matching of 401k contributions. Give equity so that when the company does better we all do better. Maybe not all of these, but at least some.
