We all lean in and help each other out, take the opportunity to share knowledge with each other, hae each others' backs and we don't let personal aspirations turn into an agenda.

They were transparent about every step.
Met with my leader, HR, the COO and a team member - good perspectives.
Meeting executives and the CEO, it was genuine and tailored to me and my experience as well as the role. Honest, no smoke and mirrors.

The people, it sounds cliche but we truly hire great people that are outgoing and fun and also serious about career growth.
