What is the best part about your compensation package?National average and we used to get bonuses. The insurance is excellent.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Better communications from the top. Stability in the management ranks, managers need the appropriate education and experience.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Boeing is not showing interest in Insitu with strategic investment in future technology. Insitu is coasting on the momentum of having a large market share from the early days of mid-size UAS.
