Mr. Daniel D. Herink, also known as Dan, has been Senior Vice President of Legal at Insperity, Inc. (also known as Administaff Inc.) since May 2008. During his tenure, he has led Administaff's litigation and property and casualty insurance practice areas and has also worked extensively on transactional matters. He previously served as an Attorney at Rodriguez, Colvin & Chaney, L.L.P. and McGinnis, Lochridge & Kilgore, L.L.P. and was named a Texas Super Lawyers - Rising Star by Texas Monthly in 2005 and 2007. Mr. Herink earned his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Nebraska and a doctorate of jurisprudence from The University of Texas School of Law, where he was a member of the Texas Law Review and
