Mr. Douglas S. Sharp has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Insperity, Inc. (also known as Administaff Inc.) since August 25, 2003 and as its Senior Vice President of Finance since May 2008. Mr. Sharp joined Administaff Inc., in January 2000, served as its Vice President of Finance since January 2000 and also served as its Controller since January 2000. From July 1994 until he joined Administaff, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Rimkus Consulting Group, Inc., and IISYS, Inc., a National Forensic Engineering Firm And Software Company. Prior to that, Mr. Sharp served as Controller of Fifth Generation Systems, Inc., an International Software Company specializing in The Development and Sale Of Utility Software and also including Controller for a Small Publicly-Held Company. He served as an Audit Manager of Ernst & Young LLP in Houston, where he served in The Audit Practice for seven years. He is a Certified Public Accountant. He earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Louisiana State University.
