Executive Bio
Mr. Tom Gearty is the Senior Vice President, Traditional Employment Solutions at Insperity, Inc. Mr. Gearty joined Insperity in 2004 as a sales consultant in Phoenix. His success led to numerous promotions including district manager in San Francisco in 2005; regional manager promotions in Northern California in 2008, Arizona and Colorado in 2010, Southern California in 2012, and regional vice president of the western United States in 2014. He was promoted to senior vice president in October 2017 to assume the strategic, operational and financial leadership of the traditional employment solutions division. Before joining Insperity, he worked in the financial services industry for Morgan Stanley Dean Witter and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith. He earned his bachelor's degree in finance from Arizona State University and volunteers with Reading to Kids, a nonprofit organization that creates learning opportunities for thousands of underserved children.
