I am most happy when I am able to see my teammates succeed and grow. The team oriented nature of our engagements enables everyone to work together and feel successful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We truly work as a team, and are solution oriented. When one person struggles, the team finds a solution rather than assign blame. I can always depend on my team to support me in a situation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is driven by the overall teams success, and not personal success. I consistently feel supported. Even when I struggle the team looks to help, not take advantage of the situation for their own gain or success.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that I was able to be myself, speak to my own strengths, goals, likes, and dislikes. I didn't feel like I had to fit the mold of a job listing. As I moved through the process it felt as though I was connecting with people of similar values, not proving that I was good enough for them.
