What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership does their best to keep everyone informed and are transparent about information impacting employees and/or the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think compensation could be higher compared to competitors. I also think providing benefits like 401k matching would help.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team I work with is better than any I have been a member of before. Everyone is supportive of one another and always willing to help others when needed.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am happy being able to work alongside people who are talented and enjoyable to be around. I also love being able to help our customers through the work I do.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I like that it was different than most interviews I have had. It is not purely focused on your skills and experiences. It also focuses on who you are as a person.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company culture is one of the best things about it. It supports an open and collaborative environment which really helps everyone work well together. There is also a focus on work-life balance that creates a positive environment.
