Leader and executives at Integreon are empathetic
I liked my leadership team because they were honest and up front. There were a few people however that just did not work. I never knew what they did at the company, which means they obviously didn't show anything.
Lack of adequate communication is one of Integreon's biggest problems, particularly communication from leadership down the chain of command. Additionally, leadership at Integreon needs to care more about the "little guy"--give more benefits to the associates who make the company all of its money.
