Out of 33 Integreon employee reviews, 80% were positive. The remaining 20% were constructive reviews with the goal of helping Integreon improve their work culture.
Lack of adequate communication is one of Integreon's biggest problems, particularly communication from leadership down the chain of command. Additionally, leadership at Integreon needs to care more about the "little guy"--give more benefits to the associates who make the company all of its money.
Stop overglorifying and underpaying the workflows and assistants. The assistants at the company should be making WAY more then what they are offered AND there are absolutely no added perks for the missed compensation.
Higher raises each year that are merit based rather than being measly little raises would be nice. Appreciation outside of "let's have a pizza party" every now and then would be better. I would rather get a bigger raise or a bonus than the occasional (literal) pizza party.
Coworkers need to be willing to learn more--to learn new things, be prepared to adapt, and be willing to think for themselves. Too many of my coworkers want every answer handed to them, but that's not how our job works.

Turnover is fairly high at Integreon, which means many associates don't know how to do their jobs well. Training is hit and miss, which doesn't help that situation. Members of management care more about the bottom line and about rewarding brown-nosers than rewarding actual merit.
