What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team has been great helping me grow and adapt to the changes and requirements of the products we work with.
They are always motivated by the team
I really value their openness to listen and the way they support professional growth
They strike a good balance between providing direction and granting freedom, allowing me to resolve issues in my own way while encouraging improvements to existing processes.

The leaders in the Intellias are very empathetic and they support the team in each and every scenario. The leadership here is not micro managing instead they give the team full authority and sense of responsibility with showing trust in their team members.

All of the tools the company provides us with for us to keep learning

What did you like most about the interview process?
The high requirements to pass the interview are difficult, but it also makes it satisfying to know that work that will be done will be high level as well
The questions challenged my intellect, but it was in a respectful and enjoyable way
I liked how clear and well-structured the process was, and the way the interviewers made me feel comfortable to show my skills
