Toxic culture and work environment. Honeywell is throwing tons of respurves and executives at the cmosny, but those executives for the most part have no understanding of yhe business or technical knowledge of the systems the teams are constrained to work within.

Very nice company to work for.

It started great, but as Honeywell slowly took over everything, it has sharply declined in culture and job satisfaction.

I don't qualify for overtime, so I feel pressure to work off the clock to achieve unrealistic deadlines at times; health insurance is much higher than other employers and this cost wasn't communicated during employment negotiations - I thought I was moving up, but really I took a pay cut...

Everyone on the floor/cubes are generally very friendly. There's not a lot of "culture", but there's always coffee.

The company needs a morale compass and a clear concise strategy on where we want to go - and that meeds to hold steady for longer than 4 hours.

The best managers keep getting replaced with corporate borg-types or leaving because they are frequently passed up for promotion (even after serving as interim in a promotion role for months). I've never seen so many managers doing the next level-up job without getting promoted. Then they quit.
