I hate overall culture and lack of meritocracy

The bonus is usually good
Discretionary time off, and 401k matching
They are not the best package but it works for me.

Lack of high levels of meritocracy and performmace differentiation

interacting, engaging, skilled, and ambitious

On time, interactive, respective, and resourcefull
The team was professional and friendly.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
This director started the video interview without even showing her face. How do you communicate to a still image on a screen? You don't. Communication is 90% non-verbal. I would not want to work for this individual.
It's long but worth the time to get it through.
What makes you most happy at work?
The environment, benefit, compensation and career growth
