What is the best part about your compensation package?
Learning budget is a great addition
It's clear that the company makes an effort to pay employees fairly and competitively. Our HR team is transparent and helpful when it comes to conversations and thoughts behind any decisions
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They do not pay as well as established companies
What are some of the best things about your team?
It seems everyone loves coming to work and is excited about our product.
Everyone is smart and approachable. I truly see all of my coworkers as passionate and helpful resources. There is such diversity of thought among our employee population.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are genuinely happy and excited to be at work. Employees like hanging out with one another and the working environment is very collaborative.
It's different every day but consistently a comfortable and enjoyable environment. Our leadership team stresses the concept of "bringing our full selves to work." It's clear that people are happy here and enjoy working with each other.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The transparency throughout the process. The Recruiter was kind, patient and thorough. He was always responsive and I could tell he genuinely cared about my experience. I felt the same way about all of the interviewers. Everyone was very personable, smart and genuine.
Everyone was open and genuine. You can tell that Intent's employees really care about who they hire. The interview was challenging but I left with such excitement about the people I met and the passion behind the product. Everything was extremely organized.

What makes you most happy at work?
The people. I love my coworkers and feel extremely valued at Intent.
My team and the interactions that I have with those outside of my typical day-to-day. I feel like I'm constantly learning and excited about the new challenges that arise here.

The transparency, smart and fun people, generous perks (unlimited vacation, CitiBike membership, learning budget just to name a few), and of course the dogs!

Like anywhere else, there are growing pains as company's continue to grow and expand
