What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Mid-level mangers and staff beneath them are all very talented and supportive people. We help each other, and sympathize with each other when larger issues and complications arise from upper management.
What is the best part about your compensation package? The best part is the health insurance.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?I am not supported with proper staffing resources. Senior leadership does not have a good understanding of my job and therefore do not see or comprehend how my department is overworked and incapable of keeping up with the workload. We need additional staff members.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better? My coworkers need productive leadership from upper management. Too often upper management struggles to make decisions and to clearly execute action steps, leaving team members lost without directions, and often conflicting instructions.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?The leadership team needs to trust the abilities and recommendations of their employees. Also, the leadership team needs to allow its organization to focus on doing core objectives and missions well, rather than trying to do everything under the sun.
