Its all about bottom line. PCs are spare parts, chairs smell, building is old, other technology is old. Organization and planning is non-existant.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I think IMG has saturated it's market. They need to figure out how to do what they do better not go after another market.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Its literally a dark smelly place with poor morale. I think if everyone could finish what they start and not keep false starting it would be great.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers are awesome. We probably need to stop venting about corporate stuff at meetings and skip the small talk but they are super smart at what they do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The 401k is not very competitive, there is a match but it isn't much and takes a few years to vest. There are no other compensation, profit sharing or stock. Paycheck only.
