Mr. David A. Lehman has been General Counsel of Intersect ENT, Inc. since February 2016 and also serves as its Secretary. Mr. Lehman served as Senior Vice President of Thoratec Corp. from February 2007 to October 8, 2015 and as its General Counsel from May 2003 to October 8, 2015. Mr. Lehman has three decades of legal experience. Mr. Lehman served as a Secretary of Thoratec Corp., since December 2004. He served as Vice President of Thoratec Corp., since May 2003. Prior to joining Thoratec Corp., Mr. Lehman served as Vice President and General Counsel of Brigade Corporation, a provider of business process outsourcing services, from June 2000 to May 2003. From November 1997 to June 2000, Mr. Lehman served as Assistant General Counsel at Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc., a diagnostic and life science products company. Prior to November 1997, he was in the legal department of Mitsubishi International Corporation, in New York and Tokyo for more than seven years. Mr. Lehman started his career as an Associate Attorney at the law firm of Hall, Dickler, Kent, Friedman and Wood. He has a Bachelor's degree in political science from The University of California, San Diego and a J.D. from Cornell University Law School.
