they gave the fair compensation as per market standard & employees knowledge
Pros - Base salary Cons - Less Insurance coverage
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Employer Insurance offerred for employees is relatively low vs other mnc's. No free can facility (6k per month for 2 way transport). Too early to comment on the rest like growth, International mobility & Internal moves. Amsterdam Support group directors are open for sharing thoughts and execution.
What are some of the best things about your team?
my team member are too helpful , their are many things which we learned together
Decent talent pool.. Recruiting team has to co-ordinate well.. Untimely assistance on the ask for profiles..have to get matured.

Culture is too Good & Comfortable, people interacts with each other & do work together
