The interview process has changed since I started but for me it was a nice conversation, and more about making sure I was a good fit as the skills required for the job are ones that have to be taught on the job.

It was short and to the point. No in-depth questions or testing questions.

My interview was 10 years ago. I'm not sure what has changed. It was typical of what I'd expect today - interviews with HR, management, and team members, all interested in my background and expectations of the job
