- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?They do not care about inflation or losing workers to other companies. They would rather just hire new people overseas where they can pay less than give someone who has been at the company a long time a decent merit increase.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?There is no equity for employees and no bonus plan which puts my compensation below that of my peers in the industry and region.
