Best part is a required, no exception yearly performance evaluation, pay compensation is based on evals. The other benefit compensations are an industry standard compensation. This is one area I believe the company could do more to attract or retain quality employees.

Competitive salary and leadership bonus opportunity
Cost of Living has gone up but, they are working on this.
They do not care about inflation or losing workers to other companies. They would rather just hire new people overseas where they can pay less than give someone who has been at the company a long time a decent merit increase.
There is no equity for employees and no bonus plan which puts my compensation below that of my peers in the industry and region.

The pay scale for the technical work is sad and raises are a maximum of 2% per year - no merit or performance raises (although they say they do.)
Besides the salary, my line of management can improve benefits or allowances, especially during a pandemic when i was the only one on my team on my site to go to the office once or twice a week even if all employees are working from home.

I'd like to be paid market rate an absolute minimum. Bonus plan, pension plan and cost of living pay increases would also be nice.
