They do not care about inflation or losing workers to other companies. They would rather just hire new people overseas where they can pay less than give someone who has been at the company a long time a decent merit increase.
There is no equity for employees and no bonus plan which puts my compensation below that of my peers in the industry and region.

The pay scale for the technical work is sad and raises are a maximum of 2% per year - no merit or performance raises (although they say they do.)
Besides the salary, my line of management can improve benefits or allowances, especially during a pandemic when i was the only one on my team on my site to go to the office once or twice a week even if all employees are working from home.

I'd like to be paid market rate an absolute minimum. Bonus plan, pension plan and cost of living pay increases would also be nice.

Co-workers are great. To work together better, we need the information to be spread to all employees who need to know, not just a few. It's tough to do a job when changes happen so frequently, but only a few people are informed.

They need to quit trying to re-invent the wheel and invest money into infrastructure and employees. We need so many things.
The company is being segmented to be sold off to make money for Apollo. It feels as though this is the only goal and people are irrelevant.

It feels like the engineers do not test the software enough before putting it out and the installers are not given enough time to correctly install the equipment and software. Tons of wasted time and bad reputation due to bugs in the code and bad installs. The company doesn't seem to care.
