Introhive Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

RMT benefits Dental Care Naturopath benefits

In-person benefits while at the office like full kitchen of food, snacks and beverages. The gym membership discount is a good benefit too

Review from Product Dept

Having one, tere are a lot of people in the world that do not.

Review from Engineering Dept

In line with industry for the most part while being remote.

Review from Product Dept

I don't really have a best part.

Review from Engineering Dept

Good basic and a positive sales compensation plan

Review from Sales Dept

The RRSP matching and medial benefits.

The dental benefits (including check ins and x-rays, accidents, etc) are wonderful!

Im not sure how to answer this

Review from Customer Success Dept

It is based on revenue

Review from Sales Dept

RMT benefits are great and so is dental

Flexible and unlimited time off

We have $750 allocated per provider type, rather than a shared $750 limit across all services like massage, physio, etc.

insurance benefits in us and contribution

Review from Sales Dept

alignment to company goals and benefits

Review from Sales Dept

All of it is strong

Review from Sales Dept

Good benefits including unlimited paid time off and RRSP match

Support for continuing education, conferences, or training to enhance skills and career growth.

Review from Sales Dept

The base is good and the commission structure is very good.

Review from Sales Dept

I really value the additional perks like health coverage, retirement contributions, and especially the flexibility or work-life balance the company supports.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

For the expectations of the role, the compensation is low in my opinion.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Its below market average, and they also offer better comp to newer ppl compared to ppl who have been working longer years

Review from Customer Success Dept

I believe there could be more transparency around pay and it could be a bit more competitive

Review from Engineering Dept

My compensation is below the typical range in the industry and not fully aligned with market value. Fairer pay that reflects skills, experience, and market standards would make team members feel more recognized and motivated.

i dont feel under valued but i would like better benefits especially for mental health

if it was comparable to other companies in the same industry / space. Tech support is massively underpaid compared to other software companies

Review from Engineering Dept

I think the pay should be better - it seems to lag considerably behind industry standards and that is a cause of concern for me.

Review from Engineering Dept

Better benefits and competitive compensation.

Review from Sales Dept

Compensation does not feel like it is within range for the region based on knowledge of peers in similar roles. Also ranges of roles for the companies are not shared to employees

Review from Engineering Dept

USD instead of CAD given we charge customers in USD. Below the industry average.

Review from Product Dept

Total compensation is lower than industry for engineering positions, using worker's location as an excuse.

Review from Engineering Dept

Not a huge deal, but It's been over a year and there's really been no talk about rewards or growth. I had to ask and I think those discussions only happen in April?

Transparency around timing and ranges of merit increases. I feel for the volume of work, I am slightly under compensated.

Review from Product Dept

market rate for this type of job is higher than what is currently paid
