Everyone takes accountability for their work, good or bad. There is very little "passing the buck", and plenty of cohesive cooperation.

We are respectful to each other and in how we collaborate. We just work well together especially while in the room. It's fun, productive but we aren't afraid to keep each other accountable and ask the hard questions.

I am free & encouraged to complete my work the best way I can. There is no micro-management, and trust from management to complete my tasks in a timely fashion without un-needed pressures.
