The number of returns is humongous. The products are shipped prematurely. The Company wants to ship rather that build quality within the product.

The mission, people, culture, and the work we do. The benefits and salary are great compared to other companies in my area. It's a very respectful environment. Your ideas are heard.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
It can be a little slow moving to change certain areas, like marketing. We need to move faster to keep up, but we have consensus about the sense of urgency, so things are moving in the right direction.
