The company is very political. It only caters to long term employees and does not invite fresh ideas. The company crucifies those with new ideas especially when there is a compliance issue. Sad that the company is only keeping their core people who put down new hires.

This is a very long drawn process. Unnecessary.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
be less political. THere are people who are in bed with others and they are the ones growing in the Company.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The number of returns is humongous. The products are shipped prematurely. The Company wants to ship rather that build quality within the product.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company is very focused on the SIlicon Valley type of compensation for SIlicon Valley employees. They dont cater to anyone outside the silicon valley. THey rather shut down those sites.
