It would be a bold, forward thinking step to provide transparency for pay equity, as this would improve leveling for promotions and better valuing employees. There are forward-thinking benefits in transparency to elevate how the company values employees, and also help in reveal how to best improve.

The company is very focused on the SIlicon Valley type of compensation for SIlicon Valley employees. They dont cater to anyone outside the silicon valley. THey rather shut down those sites.

Don't only hire by employee referrals. Rather than rely on big data (satisfy quantitative bias), which provide answers to "what" questions, leadership needs to embrace mixed methods (qualitative data) to address "how" and "why" questions. Incentivize projects initiated from service perspective.

be less political. THere are people who are in bed with others and they are the ones growing in the Company.

Having senior people from HQ stepped in as CEO to phase out the remains of distributor culture. Let the mature ones promoted rather than just looking at performance

Management needs to change. They should focus more on retention, as they have outstanding employees that they treat poorly

Improving for more inclusion and objectivity, yet not been fully embraced by teams - as evidenced by how broad swath of teams are predominantly less diverse. Emphasis on "culture add" rather than "culture fit" remains process. Framework to see how people of color are less valued to counter biases.

This is a very long drawn process. Unnecessary.

There are far too many interviews, and speaking to no less than 10 people about the position is expected

It can be a little slow moving to change certain areas, like marketing. We need to move faster to keep up, but we have consensus about the sense of urgency, so things are moving in the right direction.
