What do you like best about the leadership team?
They need to have a better system from the top down for those that are new to the office/company. Resolutions to problems were not dealt with well.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I was paid more here in my position with no experience than I would have been paid in any other company within a 50 mile radius even if I had finished my degree AND had 2 to 3 years experience.

Of course there is the main goal of each day, but every single day I have to achieve it in different ways. I'm never bored. I am always, always learning how to do something new.
