InvestCloud has provided a profound environment in which to grow. While I have no doubt the destination is going to be amazing, the journey itself is the best part.

Passion, belief, trust, work ethic, dedication to quality, service focus, results orientation.
What makes you most happy at work?
There are constant opportunities to grow. While InvestCloud is not for 'passengers', it is an extremely exciting place to work for the motivated, hungry and curious. It is the opposite of boring.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at InvestCloud is intelligent, driven, outcome-oriented, hard-working, fair and fun. InvestCloud is a very flat organization, minimizing politics. The leadership team sits with everyone else and is hyper-accessible to any employee.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
While the base pay is competitive on its own, I am impressed that there is actual alignment of variable compensation to not only personal performance but also corporate performance. This breeds alignment of interests.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We take our work and our clients seriously, but we don't take ourselves overly seriously. In so many words, we know how to have fun beyond the hard work. And we care about each other.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our culture is to encourage straightforward conflict to work things out and get better. Therefore our team knows how to work through challenges and opportunities to improve outcomes. We are all very comfortable with self-criticism and constant improvement.
What makes you most happy at work?
On the tactical level, learning, intelligent coworkers with good senses of humor, world-class clients. Strategically, we build software fundamentally differently - enabling personalization and scale impossible elsewhere. It is exciting to be able to transform entire organizations that way.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is low on politics, which is extremely refreshing. The habit is to tell it how it is - no more, no less. There is an open culture of free exchange of ideas, open debate and comfort with healthy, professional conflict.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our culture is grounded in honesty - hence our approach to telling it like it is, rapid feedback cycles, healthy conflict, continuous learning and lack of hierarchy and politics. We are all about getting better - as a company and as individuals. Meaningful career development opportunities abound.
