What are some of the best things about your team?
We have room to disagree, but once we have consensus we are all on board. I have worked on several teams at InvestCloud, and always felt that there was mutual respect.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have been given a lot of opportunities here at InvestCloud. All of the managers I've worked with have communicated to me that they value my opinion, while also giving me the opportunity to have new experiences.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This is a place that will reward efforts. If you see something that could be better there usually isn't anything stopping you from improving it. It is very empowering. This is also a place that rewards initiative.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Once my manager agrees that I deserve a raise they submit it for approval. Approval always takes too long. Some times as much as 6 months. In those cases I feel like the company is getting months of work from me at rate A after they agree I'm worth rate B.
