- What do you like best about the leadership team?The leadership team is extremely supportive and genuine, as well as transparent. I feel cared for as an employee, and also considered in company-wide decisions.
- What makes you most happy at work?Being able to do something that I am good at, without being micro-managed or over worked. There is a healthy balance of doing important work and having the headspace to think towards future tasks.
- What are some of the best things about your team?The team is smart, moves fast, and is also empathetic. We've given the flexibility to try things, iterate quickly, and regroup if it didn't work the first time.
