Ms. Dominique Laymand has been Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer and Senior Vice President of Ipsen S.A. since March 16, 2015. Ms. Laymand was previously Vice President of Compliance and Ethics at Bristol Myers Squibb. As such and since 2004, she set up and managed the compliance and ethics program at BMS for Europe, Middle East, Africa, Turkey and Russia. She started at Bristol-Myers Squibb in 1983 as Legal Counsel France. She then held various responsible positions in the Law Department of Bristol Myers Squibb. She is the President of ETHICS, an association.
