Mr. Matthew C. Garrett, also known as Matt, has been Chief Financial Officer of iRhythm Technologies, Inc. since January 2013. Mr. Garrett has more than 20 years of leadership experience in finance, investor relations, business development and operations to iRhythm. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Navigenics, where he led all finance functions, strategic partnerships and successfully facilitated its sale to Life Technologies. He served as Director of Business Development at Corventis, where he was responsible for directing corporate operations and business collaborations related to the advancement and promotion of its health monitor applications. He served as Vice President of Finance, Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer at Cogentus Pharmaceuticals. He also served as Finance Director in R&D and subsequently, Director of Strategic Marketing and Pricing at Affymetrix. He began his career in various finance roles at Guidant during his eight year tenure with the company. Mr. Garrett has a B.A. in Finance from the University of Iowa, Iowa City and an M.B.A. from the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University Bloomington.
