Pay is ok. Benefits are the worst of any company ive worked for. The culture is pretty toxic. Some departments are better than others. They are not very flexible.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Too much like high school. People move up too quickly with little experience or actual care for others. Too many people worship the company without looking at the bigger picture
